Description: The Modern Sailing Academy offers a unique team building event designed to obtain these results. The method we choose to build a strong team is sailboat racing. This is the reason. The skills and teamwork needed to race a boat parallel those found in ssuccessful businesses. Both require strong problem solving, communication and team effort to achieve success. Sailing is a fun; safe and exhilarating way to for companies to build positive employee relations that carry over long after the event has ended. And no prior sailing experience is needed.
